微观上的“跨文化”反思： 旅澳中国博士生科研体验的叙事研究

——研究生学术训练营第一讲

内容提要

    国际学生在跨国流动中遇到的跨文化学习与适应问题已经成为国际高等教育领域的重要研究议题之一。然而，针对国际博士生的跨文化科研体验研究仍然相对缺乏。本讲座通过对一名在澳大利亚求学的中国博士生的学习体验进行叙事分析，试图呈现出一种多重“跨文化”环境下的科研成长经历。研究发现，该同学在不同学科、不同研究课题、不同导师团队、不同组织文化之间的不断转换使他经历了相对微观层面上的跨文化学习与适应。他的的身份认知、能动性、归属感逐渐产生了复杂的变化，形成一定程度上的居间感。讲座还将讨论国际博士生在异国开展科研学习活动中的跨文化应对策略，以及导师和学校层面的行动建议。

    As cross-cultural adaptation has become an important topic in the field of international higher education, cross-cultural researches on the scientific research experience of international doctoral students is relatively lacking. This lecture will analyze the experience of a Chinese doctoral student studying in Australia to present his changes resulting from continuous transformations between different disciplines, research topics, tutor teams and organizational cultures. The lecture will also provide international doctoral students with solutions to how they should interact with tutors and the school cross-culturally in carrying out scientific researches.

主讲人简介

    戴坤：北京大学教育学博士后、澳大利亚昆士兰大学教育学博士、澳大利亚格里菲斯大学数字媒体硕士(with Distinction)、学士。

    戴坤博士的主要研究兴趣为国际与比较高等教教育、跨境教育流动以及跨文化学习体验等方面。他在国内外众多权威期刊发表论文10余篇，例如《北京大学教育评论》、International Journal of Intercultural Relations、Assessment & Evaluation in Higher Education、Oxford Review of Education等。个人首部英文学术专著将于2021年下半年由国际知名学术出版机构Brill出版。在博士后研究期间，他先后获得中国博士后国际交流引进计划、中国博士后国际学术交流项目、中国博士后面上基金等多项科研资助。同时，戴坤博士担任Compare、Higher Education、Cambridge Journal of Education等20余本国际SSCI刊物审稿人，Journal of International Students (WoS ESCI, Scopus, Scimago Q2)副主编，清华大学教育研究院英文刊物International Journal of Chinese Education特刊编辑，Routledge和Springer出版社学术专著审稿人。戴坤博士被评选为2020年北京大学优秀博士后。

    Dai Kun, PhD of Education (Queensland University, Australia), MSc. and BSc. in Digital Media (Griffith University, Australia, with Distinction), is currently Postdoctoral Researcher in Education at Peking University, China. He has published over 10 research papers in many authoritative journals such as International Journal of Intercultural Relation and Assessment & Evaluation in Higher Education. His first academic monograph in English will be published in 2021 by Brill. Dr. Dai was selected as an outstanding postdoctoral researcher of Peking University in 2020.
